Refund & Replacement Policy

At ColorPrompt.ai, we aim to provide a creative and enjoyable experience. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued for subscriptions, digital purchases, and custom printend products.
1. Digital Products & Credits
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of memberships or credit packs.
You may request a refund if:
• The request is made within 7 days of purchase
• The purchase is a first-time purchase of that plan or credit pack
• The account has not engaged in excessive or abusive usage
Refunds are not available for:
• Subscription renewals
• Upgrades or prorated billing adjustments
• Accounts that have generated excessive content or violated usage policies
If a refund is issued, we may revoke access to credits, generated content, or subscription benefits associated with the refunded purchase.
2. Custom Printed Coloring Books
All printed coloring books are custom-made to order using user-generated content and selections.
Because these books are created specifically for each order:
• All book sales are final
• Returns are not accepted
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins
3. Defective or Damaged Books
If your book arrives with a printing defect or shipping damage, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Eligible issues include:
• Missing or duplicated pages
• Printing errors or major misprints
• Binding defects
• Books damaged during shipping
• Incorrect item received
In most cases we will send a replacement book at no cost.
4. Reporting an Issue
To report a defect or shipping problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not available for:
• Errors in user-submitted content (typos, prompts, images, captions)
• Selecting the wrong book size or format
• Personal dissatisfaction with artwork style
• Change of mind after ordering
• Books that were printed correctly and delivered successfully
Because every book is custom printed, returned items cannot be resold.
6. Returns
Customers are not required to ship defective books back to us. Photo verification is typically sufficient to process a replacement or refund.
7. Shipping Issues
If an order appears lost in transit or never arrives:
• We will investigate the shipment with the carrier
• If confirmed lost, we may send a replacement or issue a refund
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
9. Abuse Prevention
To protect the service from abuse, ColorPrompt.ai reserves the right to:
• Deny refund requests that violate this policy
• Limit the number of replacements issued per order
• Refuse service to accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
